We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter with a focus on mobilisation and co-ordination activities to manage the allocation and mobilisation of the workforce across multiple clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients.
• Business Development.
• Identify client needs and provide ongoing solutions.
• Liaise with new and existing employees/candidates on opportunities.
• Manage client requirements.
• Fill client job orders daily in a timely manner with suitable candidates.
• Match and allocate suitable workers to meet the needs of the client.
• Communicate to and mobilise workers efficiently and effectively.
• Maximise the existing workforce output.
• Assist with writing and posting job advertisements.
• Phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing and reference checking candidates when required.
• Managing daily rosters.
• Building talent pools across the job families including transport, manufacturing, maintenance, trades and agriculture.
• Processing and managing candidate information on RDB ProNet.
• Inducting candidates and conducting all relevant employment checks when required.
• Providing administrative support and coordinating the full recruitment cycle.

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Resourcer/Mobilisation Coordinator in the Blue Collar market. You will be determined, driven and highly organised with superior administrative skills. You will be able to work under pressure and have exposure to the full recruitment process from Business Development to daily allocation management.
