We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our St Leonards Head Office as a Recruitment / HR Advisor.

The successful candidate will be well responsible for working to secure the best talent for ELB, working in collaboration with our mangers, as well as providing general HR support across the business.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Working with management to support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference check, offer preparation and feedback to ensure right people for the right position;
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policy and process
  • OHS and worker’s compensation management
  • Keep abreast of latest employment legislation, interpret, research and understand award conditions, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
  • Assist the Director with the management of incentives and sales commissions 

Your profile will include the following highly desirable criteria:

  • Completed or working towards a  tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Recruitment/HR generalist roles with demonstrated success in recruitment
  • Understanding of employment legislation and in particular the Fair Work Act
  • The ability to build and maintain quality relationship with key stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytic and excel skills
