This is a great role for someone just finishing a HR or related degree or an opportunity for an HR Administrator to continue building their career in a fast paced role within the dynamic QSR industry.
Responsibilities:
- Advertise for new store based employees as required and prepare letters of offer and associated attachments for store management appointments
- Distribute internal career opportunities and organisational announcements as appropriate
- Liaise with the Corporate Human Resources team to coordinate the field based employee training requirements
- Advise restaurant management staff and franchisees of training course schedule and requirements and maintain restaurant management training files and payroll records
- Organise and assist in the preparation for field HR meetings and events, arrange suitable venues and catering, prepare presentations and attend meetings as required in order to provide administration support
- Prepare periodic reports detailing field HR KPIs as required
- Assist the National Human Resources Development Manager with ongoing HR programs and annual market restaurant management salary review process as required
- Coordinate team travel arrangements as required
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related with experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a strong customer service focus and “can do” attitude
- Proven organisational skills, high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Self-starter with the ability to take on own initiative and follow through to meet deadlines
- Computer literate with experience using MS Office applications essential
