Our Client is a successful ASX Listed multinational organisation that prides itself on their customer experience both here and abroad. The organisation has experienced a great deal of exciting change over the past few years and is looking for an established HR professional to continue to deliver outstanding people results.
About the Role
Reporting to the National HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide advice and consultation around employee engagement and employee relations
- Support the implementation of remuneration and benefit schemes as well as change programs
- Manage policies and procedures processes
- Manager ER and IR, including EBA's, awards interpretation etc.
About Success
To be successful in this role you will posses excellent influencing and negotiation skills, have strong analytical skills, and can juggle multiple priorities, in a fast paced environment. You will need to have a strategic drive with exposure to working in both redundancy and change programs. Relevant Tertiary qualifications are required.
