The Human Resource Business Partner will support of the operations managers of the business across several HR fronts.

Client Details

The client is a national transportation company.

Description

• Review and implement new procedures to improve and maintain safety across all fronts of the organisation.
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve grievances with employees
• Plan, create and implement Enterprise Bargaining Agreements in tandem with senior management
• Support the current HR team through various generalist duties (including recruitment, rem and bens etc)

Profile

• Have 4-5 years experience in a HR based role
• Industrial relations and employee relations experience is a must
• Familiarity with EBA processes is highly regarded
• Must have strong communication skills
• Industry experience is ideal but not essential
