Due to the rapid growth at Aston we have created 2 Team Leaders roles to support our candidate teams with finding great candidates.

Aston has expanded into a national business in the last 2 years by specialising in the mining and construction sectors. With our three division, we do more than just recruitment. We help companies grow by:

• Business Advantage | Building great company cultures
• People Advantage | Finding great people
• Future Focus | Upskilling for the construction and mining sectors

Due to this growth we now need to expand our leadership team to include two Team Leaders. One for our blue-collar labour hire team and one for our permanent white-collar team. These roles will focus on:

• Developing sourcing strategies to building talent pools in mining and construction
• Talent searching to find those hard to find candidates
• Training and developing the team of recruiters to be successful in their positions
• Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure business objectives are achieved

The purpose of adding these roles to our leadership teams is to build recruitment knowledge and expertise into our teams to provide a great experience for our candidate and clients. The career development plan for these positions will be to develop into a Recruitment Manager with the relocation of the current Recruitment Manager to our Brisbane office next year.
