The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government-owned organisation. The role of the TAC is to promote road safety through the Towards Zero road deaths and serious injuries strategy, improve the State's trauma system and support those who have been injured on our roads.

About the Role
The Learning Advisor provides consultancy services and specialist advice to our three client divisions regarding performance needs, and recommends targeted learning and development initiatives to achieve business results. This role acts as a trusted advisor to the three client divisions to partner in achieving exceptional people performance outcomes, through the delivery of pragmatic and high quality learning and development solutions, aligned to the TAC’s objectives and strategy.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
- Significant experience in end-to-end instructional design, as well as exposure to L&D analysis, development, implementation and evaluation
- Experience in workshop facilitation and presentation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, including the ability to analyse information and translate into meaningful learning objectives
- Strong listening and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt your written and verbal communication style based on your audience
