About the Role
Due to the success and growth of the ANZ business, your role will be to ensure effective HR practice is delivered to your client group through your commercial, business thinking.  Reporting to the Head of HR your role will be responsible for partnering with the business on important HR people issues.  You will be instrumental in building on the culture and engagement of the business, whilst working on diversity initiatives and using your analytical capabilities to draw conclusions from HR data. You will assist in keeping the team remunerated correctly so they feel rewarded for their performance.  You will establish new recruitment and on-boarding approaches to attract and retain the best people in the industry, in all specialist areas including technology and digital, as this business grows with its successes.   You will work closely with the Head of HR, external agencies, establish good relationships with the ANZ leadership team and have the opportunity to design your own space and make an impact on the performance of this business.

You will have proven experience in HR and will have partnered with a successful and innovative leadership team, in a customer focused environment. Your agility, resilience and your operational, commercial background will be valued.  You will be consultative and a great relationship builder, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
