An exciting opportunity now exists in our Sunshine branch for an individual who will accept the challenge of continuing the development and growth of the Victoria Recruitment and Labour Hire services division.
This position is a hands-on role and we are seeking someone who can not only meet the criteria but can demonstrate a passion to achieve and succeed.
As an Account Manager your key duties and responsibilities will be:
- New Business Development & Networking
- Account Management, Relationship Building & Retention
- Candidate Attraction, Phone Screening, Interview and Selection
- Managing the data base and other systems
- Candidate Care & Retention
- On site OH&S compliance
To be successful in this role:
- You will possess a background in recruitment sales / account management / consultant
- Demonstrated ability to identify & convert new business opportunities
- Professional and ethical approach to doing business
- High level of administrative and organisational skills
- Sense of urgency, copes well under pressure
- Ability to use your own initiative, and work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
You will be supported by an experienced team and a Manager who will provide guidance and support.
