ABOUT THE ROLE
- Create innovative and alternative ways to advertise current vacancies, aimed to attract aligned candidates
- Act with urgency and diverse ways to ensure all vacancies are filled within set time frames
- Be proactive - identify and plan for future vacancies, to ensure that as roles arise, leads are available
- Organise regular career/brand building events to educate the candidate market on our employer propositions
- Contribute to and execute strategies to build our Career Brand Awareness globally
- Act as the central point of contact for all specialist recruitment advice and needs, building trusted working relationships throughout the business
- Inspire and guide hiring managers to be the key drivers of their recruitment needs and make effective hiring choices based upon business guidelines
- Travel interstate to support with recruitment initiatives/needs, as required
