We are seeking an experienced Training and Development professional for an immediate start to work for, and support a National Production and Logistics company.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Training delivery
• Training needs analysis
• Managing L&D function
• Senior stakeholder engagement
• Training content development and improvement
• Reporting

Profile

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in a similar role within the following areas:

• Frontline leadership development
• Organisational development
• Facilitation skills
• Reporting
Experience within production and/or logistics environments is desirable
