Our specialty is Information Technology and we have made quite a name for ourselves as a boutique company recruiting for some very impressive names.
 
We are currently looking to add a team member (entry level/graduates or with a few years up their sleeve) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and driven individuals who would like to kick start their career in this industry. Some experience in IT or Sales would be highly regarded but not essential.

The role:
 
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, for the 1st 3 months, you will work closely with an established Account Manager whilst you learn the ropes helping them resource appropriate candidates in the market for their clients. From there you will work your way into a 360 role.
 
Initial core responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively sourcing candidates by a variety of means including advertising, database mining, networking and head-hunting
  • Phone screening of passive and active candidates
  • Face to face candidate interviews
  • Developing lists to incorporate talented candidates in specific technologies
  • Building your personal networks and using them to develop expert knowledge of the market
As you graduate into a 360 role your responsibilities will include all of the above plus:
  • Business development activities to start and foster relationships
  • Contract negotiations
  • Management progression
Your profile:
 
Professional experience in sales would be highly beneficial but not essential. What is highly important is that you exude and demonstrate the following behaviors and qualities in your day-to-day and professional life:

Degree qualified in Information Technology, Communications, HR or Business related subject would be great to have but not essential. We just need confident people who like taking themselves out of their comfort level and pushing themselves to be better.
