Workforce Planning Lead- SRDC | A Fresh New Direction
Directly reporting to the Head of Labour this is a position for a methodical team member who wants to make a difference in our Distribution Center by implementing our Workforce Plan.

The Workforce Planning Lead is responsible for managing the daily schedule and rostering of labour in Operations. The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient provision of labour to support Supply Chain Operations. This is achieved by implementing the labour plan through rostering permanent staff and casual agency labour, based on forecast volumes.
A summary of responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

Implement the workforce plan developed by the Head of Labour

Manage the supply of labour to the DC in cooperation with the operations Manager and other stakeholders

Work in partnership with the labour hire agencies

Track all variances from planned vs actual labour outcomes and report

Continue to work on and improve labour efficiencies across all job functions

Identify other efficiencies and improvements in workforce planning

Experience managing supplier relationships in a large organisation

Labour Management experience a positive

Ability to identify issues and manage risks

Process monitoring and reporting

Strong analytical skills

Stakeholder management across a matrix style organisation
