We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the National People & Development team in the Sydney office.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality administrative support to the HR Manager including coordinating various HR processes and procedures
  • Organise and manage the exit interview process
  • Assist with the coordination of annual performance, planning and review processes
  • Manage the compliance of workplace health and safety and coordinate related activities for the Sydney office
  • Coordinate the annual practising certificate renewal process
  • Support national People & Development projects as required

Requirements

  • HR administration experience (1-2 years) gained ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in HR or related discipline are essential 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, advanced Word and Excel skills highly desirable
