What will you do?

Reporting to the Head of Employee Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining online training material for internal WorkPac employees, including the development of presentations, eLearning and training videos.  In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on staff training completion, working closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure training processes are being followed correctly.  You will join a team focused on supporting the entire business with the induction and ongoing development of all staff members.

In this 12 month maternity leave contract role, daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide Learning Management System (LMS) support such as training, troubleshooting, uploading content, running system reports and implementing LMS upgrades;
  • Monitor and report on training activities
  • Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts for training development
  • Design and deliver online blended learning solutions for internal employees
  • Periodically review existing training to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Conduct yourself with a positive and commercial approach that focuses on partnering with the business

What do you need?

If you thrive on using your strong organisational and interpersonal skills and can provide the following knowledge and skills, we want to hear from you:

  • Sound experience using eLearning Development tools (eg Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite) to design and develop eLearning content
  • Intermediate skills in PowerPoint
  • Experience in a similar role managing an LMS (preferably a cloud based LMS)
  • Demonstrated experience in organising and working with large volumes of information, to develop into training content and storyboards
  • Exceptional written skills with a very high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to styles, environments and audience
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-direct
