The Company
Our Client, a rail industry innovator in Australia that is working with world-leading technology in the passenger train space, is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to commence immediately. You will be supporting the HR Business Partner with the delivery of key HR operational readiness projects, with a focus on drafting position descriptions for our engineering structure.
Your Role
The role is a temporary assignment for five days a week, eight hours per day. Working in a friendly and fast paced environment.
Your core accountabilities will be developing position descriptions in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and Business Leads and in alignment with the business objectives. Additional responsibilities may include adhoc HR admin support as required.
About You
You have experience in a similar position, ideally within a technical discipline or safety regulated industry. You have experience in developing and fine tuning position descriptions. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
You can take ownership of your work and be trusted with a high level of confidentiality, as well as being able to adapt to changeable conditions. Building effective relationships with key stakeholders at the onset will be the key to success in this role.
