You have achieved excellent results in a client focused role working with payroll/workforce management systems, HRIS, IT or similar solutions and understand the level of service you need to provide in order to create effective relationships. You will become established as subject matter expert on a specialised system where you’ll be trained to deliver consulting to medium-large companies.
You will be consulting to clients with the purpose to assist them with their technology upgrades, archiving, maintenance and efficiency improvements.
This is a challenging role where you will be managing up to 20 clients on various projects. Your performance will be based on hours billed, client retention and feedback.
Ideally we are looking for someone with multiple years’ experience within the HRIS, HCM, IT, Workforce Management or Payroll space. You have a demonstrable background in delivering successful implementation, integration or productivity improvement projects.
Located in Chatswood, we are a specialist consulting firm made up of hand-picked experts. We provide comprehensive Human Resource Integrated solutions to corporate clients who have between 200-30,000 employees.
