My client a well-known and growing Media agency is looking for an experienced Admin assistant to join the Human Resources team. This role will give you exposure across the HR function and has opportunities to grow and develop within the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare documents to include contracts, onboarding and exiting
• Post and go through ad response
• Arrange interviews
• Act as the initial point of contact for candidates and new starters
• Update internal systems
• Talent management and retention
• Coordination of training
• Offer advice to exisiting employees
• ammend and update internal documents
• Coordination of internal team building and wellbeing events
• Assist with onboarding on new starters
• Collect and input new starters compliance
• Assist HR manager with end to end recruitment
• Adhoc duties

• Ability to prioritise and manage several activities simultaneously
• Effective communication at all levels
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
• Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organised with excellent administration skills
• Computer literate - Mac for work and Google apps
• Previous experience within a HR capacity - desired but not mandatory
• Quick learner
• Team player - approachable & friendly
