Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are recruiting for a professional with proven talent acquisition experience to become a part of our rapidly growing business.
 
You would be expected to have a professional approach to managing the end to end recruitment process with a focus on the Commonwealth Government market.
 
The Indigenous Procurement Policy(IPP) complements the business as an enormous point of difference not only in recruitment opportunities but also in the holistic sense of making a difference. The IPP creating a unique opportunity in the recruitment world by easing the need to cold call and cultivate clients independently.
 
We have a flexible working environment and although we generally recruit for professional contracts the office culture is non KPI driven and we don’t consider ourselves to have a corporate or salesy culture.
 
This position will be dealing in general recruitment actions ranging from APS 2-6 through to EL contracts across a range of classifications (including but not limited to finance, HR, procurement, administration, policy) Australia wide.
 
You’ll bring;

• Ability to source and onboard candidates to meet client business requirements in a rapid candidate to client environment.
• Proven experience liaising with clients, especially Commonwealth Government procurement specialists
• A sound history of relationship/client management with the ability to influence and lead your clients to a successful recruitment outcome 

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate proven experience in the following:

• Proven capability in the Government sectors and an understanding of the procedure-processes required within those sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key relationships with internal and external stake holders.
