A leading financial services institution in Australia are looking for an Instructional Designer to support on one of their largest change and transformation projects. Key responsibilities will include:

• Design and development of training content focusing on AML and financial crime
• Ensure that you’re driving behavioural change across the organisation
• Facilitate and rollout training where required including any coordination activities and management of 3rd party vendor relationships
• Measure the effectiveness of L&D strategies across the program and adjust if require
• Assist with the completion of L&D reporting where necessary
• Build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, working with them to identify and solve all training and development needs

Successful candidates will have a demonstrable track record of success as an Instructional Designer within a financial services environment and have designed training programs in line with compliance and regulatory requirements. Possessing excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, you will be a self-starter have the confidence to coach and advise at all levels.
  
As this is a contract position, it is imperative that the successful candidate is able to start within a few weeks and is able to hit the ground running upon commencement.
