YOU
A HR Coordinator / HR Specialist who loves an opportunity to implement excellent strategies to make a real difference in the operational aspects of the company's people.
Passion for doing more than just ‘placing people in a job’ & managing on-boarding and contracts. Drive campaigns and initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders about the performance of the divisions in the business.
Ability to build strong relationships with prospective & existing staff and be an advocate for the company values, new systems and structure as the company continues to evolve.
Work with your Talent Acquisition / Recruitment counterpart to deliver an exceptional service to your people, increase employee engagement and work proactively and positively with all divisions to achieve great results.
