The Opportunity: Working closely with the Senior Manager, and as a part of the broader P&C team, the role will take operational responsibility for HR service delivery across the employee life-cycle. This position will work closely with the Technology team to implement and maintain HR tech solutions, integrations and relationships.
The Role: Reporting into the Senior Manager, the role will have a strong focus on operational excellence, internal customer service delivery and modernising the P&C function through innovation, process improvement and technology automation.
A key measure of success will be the optimisation of processes and communication of technology solutions to drive self-service. A focus on operational compliance, risk management and efficiency is required, balanced with a mindset of innovation, best practice and agility. Workday or similar experience (preferred).
