We are currently recruiting for an Internal Talent Broker in our Talent Centre of Excellence to manage the delivery of core talent activities across the organisation.

While the role is diverse, it has two primary focus areas - talent assessment and internal talent deployment. It will see you will leverage data to drive talent insights and actions to facilitate the deployment and accelerated development of key individuals, while ensuring ownership and management of key talent pools by relevant leadership groups.

This role will see you drive the delivery of talent reviews across all levels of the organisation utilising Workday to ensure full visibility and talent assessment within agreed groups. You will lead the People & Culture (P&C) Strategic Resourcing COE Group to support the deployment of key talent globally via role and people discussions as well as support the Group Head of Talent & Diversity in the delivery of Strategic Resourcing calls with our global executive team. You will drive the delivery of a framework to ensure clear ownership of key talent pools among leadership groups.

To be successful in the role you will have experience of P&C programs, policies and practices complemented by a knowledge of P&C best practice and functional P&C disciplines, in particular talent analytics, talent assessment and talent deployment. You will be able to demonstrate strong program management skills; including planning, organising, problem solving and analysis. Your ability to pick things up quickly, work autonomously across a complex global portfolio are also key to this role. The role requires a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and particularly at an executive level. You will have an excellent eye for detail, as well as having strong organizational skills with an ambitious and proactive attitude towards your work
