The role

It's dynamic, time sensitive and is definitely business critical. As part of a small team, your primary responsibility is providing end to end commencement services via multiple channels across Australia, predominantly for our field roles, ensuring we have the right people in the right jobs at the right time. You'll be integrating workforce planning (mobilisation & demobilisation) of projects with innovative sourcing strategies and selection processes, whilst ensuring an effective and best practice onboarding experience is realized. You will also provide generalist HR support to the business under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager.

 

What's required?

This role will ideally suit an experienced recruiter who understands the value of smart hiring decisions and is looking to broaden their generalist HR knowledge. You will be degree qualified, have a minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment processes gained in a fast-paced environment, coupled with an understanding of workforce planning principles. Experience gained with workforces engaged in heavy industry is desirable.The key to success lies in your outstanding planning and organising skills, a highly engaging and collaborative approach to work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume activity. A great sense of humour is critical, as is your ability to build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
