An exciting new role has become available to join our high performing Government Team based in our Southbank Location. You will be responsible for servicing our existing clients across the region and building relationships with new clients to deliver recruitment solutions.

Description

Focused on professional sector roles such as Human Resource Officers or Communication Officers to name a few, your role will also involve screening, interviewing, placement and induction of candidates as well as post placement care. Compliance and database management will also be a key element of the role

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Networking to further develop the government teams great reputation and winning new business
  • Generating leads from all possible sources including networking, new client calling, and client referrals within other business areas.
  • Keeping up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
  • Developing and managing a candidate pool/portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
  • Producing individual client strategies

Profile

  • This role is best suited to someone who has the customer focus to build and maintain ongoing relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Ability to manage high volume recruitment
  • The determination to succeed in a Recruitment Sales environment.
  • Ideally you will possess a proven track record within the recruitment sector
  • As this role involves working within the wider Melbourne CBD Team, it is essential that the successful applicant has a sound ability to operate within an open, cohesive team environment, with exceptional communication skills and sound business acumen.
