The Opportunity
As Lead Psychologist, not only will you implement and manage the strategic agenda for one of Australia’s largest leadership development projects, you will play a key, hands-on role in delivering assessment and development programs; nurturing Individual, Departmental and Sector-wide outcomes for the Queensland Government.
Supported by our world class, best-practice assessment methodologies, the role will leverage data-driven insights to inform leadership capability development. The position will utilise our leading technology and data-visualisation tools, to support key decision makers in making objective, validated investments in L&D/OD strategies.
Success will be measured by the achievement of both strategic objectives (e.g. strong sector partnerships, provision of quality services) and qualitative outcomes (customer service, stakeholder feedback etc.)
Your Expertise
We’re looking for an experienced, registered Psychologist, with a breadth of leadership development and large-scale project management experience. You possess a depth of experience across a variety of behavioural and psychometric assessment methodologies, and will leverage these critical skills to support and empower our team of delivery experts; translating these insights into high impact debriefs and reports across multiple levels. You’re passionate about creating empowering development journeys with emerging leaders through to established executives.
