Pathways Australia provides management consultancy and support services specifically to charities, not-for-profit and other community service organisations. We are headquartered in Melbourne but operate nationally.
Due to demand we are now planning to offer a full range of recruitment and selection services to complement our existing suite of HRM offerings.
About the opportunity
Let us be clear ... we are not offering a 'job'! Rather we are presenting an opportunity for one or more people to run and develop their own recruitment business under our strong and respected brand.
You will not be required to make any upfront fee payment, however nor will we pay your wages.Your income will be generated by your recruitment fees from which you will pay us a percentage to be negotiated and agreed.
