About this opportunity:
Be in a position to truly partner with senior managers across the Wellways Queensland region and deliver a best practice integrated human resources function and service for Wellways. You will be a trusted advisor to the management team for people and employment issues, working across a full suite of responsibilities including workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, Industrial and employee relations, performance management, OHS as well as other People & Culture projects.
You will be in a key strategic role as this organisation goes through an exciting transformational organisational change. Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you will be a part of our Business Partner team to influence outcomes across the board. This role gives you an opportunity to shape up a growing people and culture service and partner with extraordinarily committed people who envisage a better future for the community.
About you:
You demonstrate strong, technical Human Resources skills as well as possess maturity and emotional intelligence. You have the ability to influence and support team leaders/ managers with your relationship building and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are experienced and willing to contribute to the improvement of People and Culture policies, procedures and frameworks. You have been managing and coordinating grievances and disciplinary matters including coaching and mentoring leaders in people management issues. You will have experience in developing Human Resources and business reports with strong administrative and IT skills.
You must have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience, to be successful in this role.
