Our client is a leading, national not for profit organisation providing much needed services for all members of the community. This organisations offers a holistic approach to assisting and supporting our community. With exciting growth on the horizon, this organisation is investing in their HR function to further support and partner with their employees.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Assist in the development of project plans and defining key objectives
- Produce project reports for key stakeholders and upper management on progress
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop a strong understanding of the business and requirements
- Liaise with external stakeholders for potential systems procurement
- Develop educational programs for employees and managers
- Create and analyse HR and L&D procedure and policies to align with applicable
- Provide generalist HR support to team when applicable
To succeed in this role it is anticipated that you will be a strong HR generalist. You will have extensive experience delivering HR projects and initiatives. You will have the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and coach and mentor managers on new processes and procedures.
Previous experience implementing HR systems and developing employee performance frameworks is highly regarded for this role. This role will suit a self starter who has a strong mindset of continuous improvement.
