The Company
I’m searching to engage candidates for Well-known & reputable organisation with a Global Market presence, boasting a diverse portfolio of energy, transportation assets and water treatment solutions across the east coast of Australia. As an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part across all divisions.
The Role
- Develop HR knowledge and skills, including industry and latest HR trends, in order to support advice provided to people leaders and to share with HR colleagues
- Work with people leaders to identify and develop key talent and increase the level of internal mobility, to ensure current and future needs of the business are achieved
- Partner with people leaders and with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit the right people for roles, agreed competencies and culture fit
- Provide advice, support and implementation coordination to managers on restructuring and organisation design activities including planning, consultation, change, communications and implementation
- Ensure change activities are managed to minimise operational disruption/maximise employee engagement and ensure timely change adoption and acceptance of new practices
- Facilitate the management of day to day employment relations disputes or issues including disciplinary processes, investigations, terminations, and grievances
- Work with leaders to performance manage (upskill or remove) underperforming individuals
- Partner with Shared Services to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience and with the Centres of Excellence to ensure a seamless HR Delivery Model
- As required and working in conjunction with HSE Manager / Advisor, lead or participate in investigations regarding safety and employee incidents
The Person
- Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner working in Professional Services or Corporate environment
- Specific experience in handling employment relations matters, operational HR processes, talent management and organisational change
- Make change and cultural change happen into sustainable change initiatives
- Ensure clients groups understand and follow the companies People Management System
- Must have a Degree or Diploma in HR
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, flexible & pro-active attitude towards work
