We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as the HR Manager – ANZ. This role reports into our APAC region, however you will be key member of the local leadership team and be responsible to influence and coach others to deliver positive and integral HR outcomes.
You will be an experienced and versatile HR professional and will be supported by a global HR framework in a matrix organisational structure. This is a fast paced, hands on environment, where no 2 days will be the same and therefore you will need to be flexible and agile in your style and delivery.
This is a standalone senior HR role and as a result you will need to possess outstanding organisational skills and be a highly motivated individual who is driven by success and achievement.

To be successful for this position, you will need to have the following experience;
- Minimum of 8 years’ HR generalist experience at a senior level
- Tertiary qualifications within HR or a related discipline
- Solid employee relations experience and extensive knowledge of employment law and relevant legislation
- Good experience and understanding of HR systems and processes
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and also have a good rapport with employees at all levels
- High level communication skills
- Understanding of a payroll function
