We are currently looking for an Internal Recruitment / Redeployment Consultant to refine and enhance our redeployment model. We are currently achieving amazing results through our program and are restless in our approach to make it even better.
The redeployment component of the role will combine aspects of job placement and case management. You will be working with members of the public who are looking to get back in to the job market after an absence through illness or injury. This is not a recruitment role but is a role that requires someone who understands the recruitment process and is able to guide and coach participants through this process.
Internal Recruitment / Redeployment Consultant:
- Ideally 5 + years in recruitment or redeployment, ideally with wide ranging industry exposure and or experience in working with people with varying levels of ability
- Intermediate negotiation and mediation skills
- A mature, empathetic attitude when dealing with individuals who have or are undertaking significant life changes
- Intermediate word, excel, and power point skills
- Ability to work in a team and do what needs to be done to assist our clients
