About the Role
As the senior HRBP for NSW and Qld, your priorities will be to implement HR initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic priorities and the people plan.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will work closely with the GMs for the NSW and Qld business units across a broad range of operational and strategic HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, workforce planning and engagement. You will also drive and implement business strategies, along with providing coaching to stakeholders on matters such as EBA negotiations, workplace relations and performance management.

Integral to the success of this role is having an understanding on how HR impacts the financial performance to ensure the function is providing a meaningful contribution, identifying key areas for improvements to achieve sustained performance and people strategies.

This role will provide you with a true general partnering role but will also expose you to a lot of change management and dealing with ambiguity.

Ideally you would bring approximately 3-5 years experience as an HRBP and have experience in heavy industry, engineering , FMCG or similar background.  It is preferred that you be degree qualified.

The Person

To be successful in the role you will be a dynamic, energetic HR professional with tertiary qualifications and a strong work ethic with a natural inclination to help people achieve business outcomes.

You will be able to communicate effectively with managers, Unions and site-based staff and will have a strong generalist background, both hands on and strategic, with in-depth experience of Enterprise Bargaining and exceptional knowledge of employee and industrial relations. You will have high numeracy and conceptual reasoning skills as well as strong commercial acumen and a positive resilient style. You have worked in a blue collar, multi-site environment and will be innovative, engaging, solutions-focused and autonomous.

What's on offer?
The role is offering $130,000 -$140,000 package, dependent on experience. The opportunity allows you to grow within a HRBP role and be exposed to a fast paced and constantly moving organisation
