Technology Resourcer - FinTech
After 6 years of growth and due to unprecedented demand, 7 Recruitment is now seeking talented resourcers to work closely with our senior consultants across our Fintech and Tier 1 clients.
Your focus will be resourcing IT professionals and you will be experienced in recruiting/headhunting in this field. Possessing a natural interest in these areas as well as an inquisitive mind are a must to be a successful. We’re seeking people that want to learn, grow and evolve within the business as we have huge plans for the next years where there will plenty of opportunity for personal / professional development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing talent for our clients & using innovative talent attraction strategies
- Build excellent relationships internally to understand organisational needs
- Devising selective and effective sourcing and pipelining strategies
- Excellent at networking events such as meetups
- Ability to shortlist successfully, and have a meticulous approach to candidate care
- Analysis & reporting
