Do you have a background in all things People, HR, Safety, Risk, Corporate Development and are looking for that exciting next step within your career? Would you love to work with innovative People and Performance team within Local Government Organisation where you will have opportunity to grow and develop your career?

Working with an existing framework you will be responsible for building relationships and rapport with organisational leaders to facilitate workshops and continuously work with leaders to identify risk profiles, consolidating these risk profiles and partnering with the business units to manage enterprise risks & ensure good decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Relevant qualifications in business, management, risk management or similar discipline, or demonstrated appropriate equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience working across organisation, building relationship and rapport with key stakeholders
Relevant successful work experience at Business Partnering model, within the People and Performance Profession
Experience or demonstrated interest in enterprise risk management
Be able to demonstrate a contemporary and engaging approach to risk management
Class C drivers licence
