With a network of offices around Australia, Kelly Services is a global organisation providing staffing solutions to a range of clients throughout the Sydney metro region. Due to significant growth over the past 12 months, we require an energetic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Wetherill Park.

Working alongside our current Team Coordinator and supporting a team of five consultants, this busy and varied role involves the following:
• Place job advertisements on a range of job boards
• Screen resumes of applicants
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
• Liaise with job service providers
• Database management
• Assist with the payroll process
• RECEIPT reconciliation
• Book travel arrangements
• Organise catering and events
• Adhoc administration as required

To be successful as the Recruitment Resourcer, you will possess:
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure
• Intermediate proficiency using MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Confidence and personality!
