We have an opportunity for an experienced sales person to join our delivery team in a Trainee Resourcer/Candidate Manager capacity. As a Trainee Candidate Manager, you will work closely with and be initially supporting a senior team member who will mentor you on a daily basis.
 
 
About You

Preferably, you will have a degree qualification, have experience in a sales role and be a team player with strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
 
As a Candidate Manager, it is essential that you have the resilience to get you through the ups and downs of the job, coupled with the tenacity and determination to go the extra mile and deliver exceptional customer service.

Most importantly, you will be willing to learn the ins and outs if the recruitment industry.
 
 
What we are looking for:
 
About the Role
As a Trainee Resourcer/ Candidate Manager, go through a comprehensive training program and you will work closely with and initially supporting a senior team member who will mentor you on a daily basis.
 
Once fully trained your responsibilities will be:
               
Candidate Sourcing

• Ensuring high quality candidates are sourced in a timely manner for all open client requirements
• Sourcing candidates through the database, jobsites (such as Seek), Social/Networking sites (such as LinkedIn) and candidate referrals
• Writing high-quality adverts for open vacancies
• Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and applications

 
Recruitment

• Screening and interviewing candidates for client requirements to ensure they are of a high quality and good fit for the role
• Documenting candidate interview and screening notes on the database
• Negotiating candidate rates for open requirements
• Assisting Delivery Co-ordinator with formatting of candidate’s resume (where required)
• Arranging interviews with candidates and/or clients as required
• Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to manage their interest in client positions, concerns and interview feedback
• Conducting reference checks for candidates at offer stage
• Generating leads for sales team through gathering relevant market information

 
Talent-Pooling & Proactive Sourcing

• Working with Account Management Team to proactively talent-pool candidates for anticipated client requirements, and strong candidates in the market
• Tracking availability of candidates in the talent pool
• Working with the Sales & Account Management team to promote strong/preferred candidates to clients
• Working with existing contractors that are due to finish their existing contracts to ensure M&T Resources is considering them for upcoming & future roles
