This organisation is a national provider of services to the mining, resources and industrial services industries. The organisation is involved with a wide array of major projects and developments. They partner with leading contract design and construction companies from both Australia and abroad and work across a range of disciplines in the industrial space.

With the support of a broader corporate HR team you will be responsible for localised service delivery with a focus on recruiting and onboarding for a new major project win.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with stakeholders both locally and nationally to determine project requirements
  • Utilise networks and online capabilities to procure strong candidates across a myriad of job types
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal staff
  • Provide feedback and reporting to hiring managers where required
  • Manage the organisations’ e Recruitment software
  • Work with support team interstate to ensure all candidate vetting has been completed
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their applications

You will be a high energy individual, capable of planning and delivering on objectives in a time sensitive project environment. You will be an astute recruiter with a demonstrable track record of success in a fast paced organisation with a focus on delivering in a project environment. Ideally you will have worked in an industrial, project or mining organisation with a capability to recruit technical, corporate and administrative roles. You will have strong consultative capabilities and will be comfortable in developing relationships across the business, compiling strong advertising campaigns and templates for web based recruitment sites, shortlisting suitable talent and securing the best candidates for the role.

You will have significant recruitment experience, be available to commence at short notice and will have experience launching initiatives in a changing environment, but will also be grounded enough to deal with all manner of operational issue.
