The Opportunity
We are currently hiring a new ICT and Technology Resourcer for our FinXL offices in Melbourne. This role will give you the $$$ you've always been promised in your role but never actually had the brand to support you and make it possible!

What will you do?
Manage the candidate experience while creating a solid pipeline of talent for the account managers in your team, talent pooling and market mapping in the areas that your colleagues are working in, maintaining regular contact with all candidates that are being interviewed and conducting thorough interviews and referencing.
