Youth Employment Consultant

We are on the lookout for a Youth Employment Consultant to assist our Sydney team in managing interviews, placement support and case management.
What you will be doing:
- Liaise with charities to source new candidates and employment opportunities for young people
- Help write CVs, cover letters and conduct interviews
- Walk young people through the journey of the recruitment process
- Provide ongoing support to maximise candidates’ readiness for employment through liaison with service providers
- Post placement support: regular check ins with young people and employers
- General admin, developing marketing collateral, and always being an advocate of the RISE mission

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- An understanding of the recruitment process
- Experience in customer service roles or account management
- Personal qualities we are looking for: empathetic, passionate, team player, organised, energetic and friendly
- Experience working with young people (highly desirable)
- Passion for acting as the face of the Talent RISE brand, representing our values and opportunities to young people
