About the company

About the role
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager NSW, this role is a hands-on recruitment position supported by a fantastic team and work environment.
Duties
- Completing end to end recruitment process: writing and posting job advertisements, screening candidate applications, booking interviews, liaising with Line Managers to conduct interviews and employee on-boarding.
- Establishing and managing relationships with clients
- Managing networks with a variety of external organisations such as schools, Job Active providers and TAFE / RTO’s
- Present the benefits of an apprenticeship and traineeship to school students
- Represent 1300apprentice at career expos and other opportunities that arise
- Assist with recruitment for contract labour division
- Working with special projects as they arise
About you
- Ability to contribute towards a great team culture

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation at all times
- Strong attention to detail
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in a similar industry
- Intermediate skills in MS excel and word
