The role is responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives across the business, ensuring the most effective utilisation of Human Resources for the purpose of achieving strategic business objectives. Managing Monthly Payroll process.
Responsibilities:
- Aligning all HR initiatives with business strategy in accordance with budgeting restrictions.
- Work closely with business managers to continually analyse, priorities and respond proactively to organisational needs.
- Manage a diverse range of HR functions including, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Remuneration, OH&S, Industrial Relations, Payroll and HR administration
- Support line management in employee relations, counselling, job design, performance management, remuneration and development, succession planning.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR services and enhance them when necessary
Essential Skills:
- Management, consulting and negotiation skills, coupled with team building capability
- Exposure to a diverse range of HR specialities including payroll
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and practises
- Strong relationship management, influencing and communication skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience working in a Multinational Organisation
