RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
Cater Care Group is accepting applications from duly qualified and experienced HR professionals with a passion for recruitment with an established background in retail, hospitality or other service centric environment for a role based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Group Recruitment Manager, this role, which is one of two, will provide recruitment & general administrative support to the broader business which comprises; Remote Mining Services, Urban (Aged/Retirement Care, Education, Business & Industry) and Retail (Airport Quick Service Restaurants) across Queensland and beyond (as required). Even though you will be part of a tight knit team, you must be a self-starter, resourceful and able to work autonomously. Being organised, attentive to details, proactive, approachable & engaging are necessary.
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Minimum 3 years stable employment within the recruitment space
- A commitment to safe work practices
- An understanding of working within and servicing varied environments
- Attention to detail and personal presentation
- Embraces teamwork
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Suite)
- Motivated and accountable
