Your new company
Leading global Defence organisation seeking a experienced technical recruiter to manage a technical portfolio This role is based in the Inner West and will require you to work with parts of the business in a number of offices in the central Sydney area. This is a 6 Month role with the potential for permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role
This role will be working closely with others in the recruitment team and will involve the following duties:
- Key liaison for stakeholders
- Obtaining a key understanding of job roles throughout the technical portfolio
- End to end candidate management and guidance through the recruitment process
- Working closely with HMs to understand technicalities of each role
What you'll need to succeed
You will be competent, focused and outcome driven. You will have over 3-5 years Internal/Agency recruitment experience and be available to start immediately. This job would suit someone who has worked in the technical recruitment space (IT or Engineering); liaising with stakeholders and senior candidates. Or an ex-agency recruiter who is looking for a better work-life balance.
