We are seeking to appoint a Learning & Development Consultant who has strong instructional design skills to join the People & Business Improvement Team on a 12 month basis.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Lead:

• Lead the implementation of new learning methods, including webinar and blended learning approaches;
• Design and deliver commercial and innovative learning solutions utilizing a variety of methods and eLearning authoring tools;
• Partner effectively with customer groups including internal and external stakeholders;
• Assess learning and performance needs; and
• Rollout and manage LMS functions.

Suitable candidate will have:

• Experience in developing eLearning (web-based training modules);
• Outstanding communicator; you need to have superior written/verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner;
• Attention to detail while managing several complex deliverables;
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, communication, IT or related field;
• 5+ Years’ experience in Instructional Design;
• Previous experience administering a LMS; and
• Advanced skills and experience with Articulate Storyline, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, WebEx.
