ABOUT THE POSITION
Due to an internal promotion, this opportunity exists to inherit a warm duel locum and permanent desk, in a huge growth market, recruiting for General Practitioners across every state and territory in Australia.
You will be working alongside one of our experienced 360-degree recruiters, tasked with developing new business whilst helping to maintain and develop existing candidate and client relationships.
This is an excellent career opportunity for a 360-degree consultant with the capacity & determination to work well both autonomously & collaboratively in a dynamic, supportive & caring team environment.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is collaborative, results driven, and preferably with existing medical related recruitment experience.
The desk is fast-paced, so would suit a consultant coming from a temp/contract background with full 360-degree experience.
- Proven medical recruitment experience desirable
- Proven success within your vertical market
- Self-motivated and high level of accountability to manage workload
- Outstanding customer service expertise
- Strong business development skills
- Have a high degree of organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
