HR4Business is a locally owned and operated firm specialising in the provision of Human Resource Management Consulting services across Geelong and Regional Victoria. Our clients range from small and large privately owned businesses to government bodies and not for profit organisations. Clients engage us on a number of levels including on a one-off basis and an ongoing basis.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional with generalist HR skills and experience to join our small team. Ideally you will be proficient in recruitment, policy review and development, have an understanding and ability to interpret Awards, experience in performance management and preparing contracts of employment. Exposure to industrial relations including enterprise agreement making, training and development and mediation and investigation skills are advantageous. Administrative tasks form part of this role.
You may be a Recruitment Consultant with an interest in broadening and developing your HR skills, a HR Administrator looking to take the next step in your career or returning from a period out of the workforce. You may have attained qualifications in HR or Business or working toward this. Excellent verbal communications skills are a must as are sound written communication skills.
