Our Agency is a growing and dynamic place to be! Located close to the CBD and Queen Vic Market, we are a leading agency within the Labour Hire market. We have a focus on both Client and Candidate care, and are happy to go that extra mile to ensure we find the right people for our clients.
We are seeking a experienced Recruitment Coordinator with experience in managing or assisting a busy and growing temp desk. Recruitment is not a 9 to 5 job, so some after hours is expected.
The role:
- Placing Advertisements on Seek, Indeed, Gumtree and Social Media
- Screening Resumes and Short listing candidates
- Rosters
- Phone screening, booking interviews, conducting fit for work
- Reference checks on candidates
- Answering Phones and emails
- Candidate follow up and care
- Building Client relationships
- Onsite visits to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Providing efficient assistance to the senior recruite
The person:
- Must have 2 + years in Recruitment or Temp Desk Management
- Have excellent communication and have a can do attitude
- Be able to think on your feet and make decisions on the go
- Blue Collar experience or working within the Transport industry highly desired
- Remain Calm in stressful or busy times
