Training & Recruitment Consultant:
Direct Sales Experience Preferred.

Previous direct sales experience is essential.

Thorough understanding of recruitment & training initiatives needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Job advert writing and placement.

Competent use of job platforms.

Conducting phone interviews.

Conducting face to face interviews.
-
Creating a fantastic, professional first impression.

Conducting weekly on boarding of new recruits.

Development of training & retraining documentation.
-
Assisting PR Manager in consistent growth.
