This is the perfect opportunity for a savvy recruiter with a passion for social media & producing engaging content to go nuts and help us attract and recruit awesome candidates.
A typical day will involve:
- Producing creative and effective job adverts & social media content that reflects our culture
- Short-listing candidate applications to find "hidden gems"
- Telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Using highly developed people senses to assess job, team and culture fit
- Using finely tuned investigation skills to conduct meaningful reference checks
- Working closely with the management team to ensure business needs are met
The role requires high energy, positivity and the ability to communicate with honesty and integrity.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience (ideally volume recruitment)
- Demonstrated success utilising social media to recruit
- Exceptional people skills combined with a critical thinking style
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver awesome service and high quality results
- A curious nature – you won't be afraid of digging a little deeper to verify information
- A dynamic approach to managing your portfolio of work and clients
